Introduction
The Membership Working Group provides a forum for developing strategy to retain and recruit members to the IAPF and to ensure that members receive quality service from the IAPF.
Objectives
- To develop and oversee strategies to promote to potential members the reasons for joining IAPF.
- To assist the office in sustaining and growing the membership of IAPF.
- To examine the value in services provided to Members and seek to improve or change them.
- To keep under review all membership literature.
- To develop means of capturing feedback from members.
- To review membership issues identified in Membership Surveys.
- To maximise the benefits to members of the website and ensure that the appropriate Information Technology is in place.
