IAPF Council


2012 Objectives:

  • Continue to articulate IAPF positions to all relevant stakeholders and ensure the IAPF is seen as the Voice of Pensions in Ireland
  • Review of IAPF strategic goals in the light of the current economic downturn
  • Ensure the main policy positions of the IAPF are developed and progressed in conjunction with the Committees particularly in relation to tax relief, DB Funding and investment governance
  • Provide accurate, timely and beneficial guidance and information to IAPF members on current topical issues
  • Maximise benefits to members that encourage retaining existing members and attract new members to join
  • Ensure a range of IAPF events are run which are beneficial to members and generate sufficient revenue for the IAPF
  • Develop a Trustee Network.
