Patrick leads Deloitte’s Total Reward & Benefits business which provides advice on the design, financing and delivery of employee benefit programs focusing mostly on pensions. The team also provides personalised financial planning advice.
He has extensive experience of all aspects of retirement, employee benefits and healthcare mechanisms across several countries gleaned from assignments in the UK, US and the Netherlands, prior to joining Deloitte in Dublin in February 2010.
Patrick has contributed to several regulatory and fiscal initiatives in the retirement, social security and health insurance sectors and has fulfilled leadership roles in client consulting,software development and employee benefit administration operations.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries and of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland. He holds an MBA from the Open University Business School.
