Kieran Manning is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland and an authorised Scheme Actuary. Kieran has worked with Mercer for over 20 years, during which time he has gained considerable experience in providing actuarial advice to a variety of multi-national and Irish based clients. His current role involves advising trustees and employers on the funding and accounting treatment of their pension benefits, as well as providing advice in relation to benefit restructuring.
Kirstie Flynn has worked as a pensions lawyer with Willis’ Employee Benefits department since 1998, specialising in the drafting and interpreting of pensions legal documentation. She is also a director of the corporate trustee, Willis Trustsure Ltd, which acts as professional trustee to a wide portfolio of pension schemes. A qualified barrister, Kirstie is immediate past Chairman of the Association of Pension Lawyers in Ireland and is a contributing author of “Practical Employment Law”. She is a past member of the Legislation Committee of the Pensions Board.
