Trustee Matters

The role of a trustee is undoubtedly a challenging one with many important and complex issues involved. It can also be a very rewarding and enjoyable experience .Trustees are always faced with difficult decisions and this is even more apparent in the current investment environment with trustees of DB schemes facing into preparing or refining funding proposals. This seminar will look at both the legal and practical aspects of being a trustee. It will examine some of the potential pitfalls of trusteeship and also look at the supports that can be put in place to enable trustees carry out their role effectively and without uncecessary worry.

This seminar is targeted at all pension scheme trustees and company personnel , i.e. company executives, HR and finance managers who are involved with the operation of their own schemes.
