Introduction

Trustee Matters

The role of a trustee appears to be coming under constant pressure. What starts out for many as a well meaning gesture to help out with the pension scheme can end up with a fear of regulation, litigation, on-the-spot fines or prosecution. Furthermore while many think that these issues only affect trustees of DB schemes it is clear that they equally impact trustees of DC schemes. As governance requirements become more taxing can part-time non-professional trustees survive? This Trustee Forum is the first of a number that will examine this issue in a practical way in order to guide trustees through the increasingly complex maze in which they are involved.

Who Should Go?
This seminar is targeted at all pension scheme trustees and company personnel , i.e. company executives, HR and finance managers who are involved with the operation of their own schemes.
