Introduction

The Defined Benefit Challenge

Having suffered the shocks of the last two years pension schemes are now looking at how they get on the road to recovery. For many, the direction they are taking and the length of the journey is still unclear. The IAPF Annual Benefits Conference will focus on the main issues that will inform the decisions trustees, employers and their advisers will be taking. It will examine the economic outlook and the impact of the Commission on Taxation Report. It will look at investment options, issues around restructuring and how changes need to be communicated.

Who Should Go?

Anyone involved in dealing with the uncertainty created by the events of the last 2 years in defined benefit schemes.

This conference aims to provide essential assistance to Pension Scheme Trustees and Managers, Pension and Investment Professionals, HR and Finance Managers and other company executives.
