Revenue launched the updated version of the Revenue Manual on 25th July.

The principal changes included in the 2007 edition are as follows:

• 5.4 - Transactions deemed to be pensions in payment
• 6.6 - Revision of uplifted scale
• 7.4 - Increase in commutation limit for modest OPS funds
• Revised Chapter 20: Part Time Employees
• 23.10 - Imputed ARF Distributions
• New Chapter 25: Limit on Tax Relieved Pension Funds
