Trustee Services
IAPF Trustee Services
The IAPF, as part of its overall services, aim to provide Trustees with the tools and techniques that will assist them towards becoming effective members of their Trustee Boards.
Trustees have a duty to ensure that they are properly informed, particularly on legal issues and policy developments that may affect how they carry out their responsibilities.
The IAPF provides a vast pool of knowledge and expertise through Trustee Training and the Trustee Network and is a valuable resource that is available to all trustees.
See below for further information.

IAPF Trustee Network
The Trustee Network was established by the IAPF with the support of the Pensions Board in 2009. The duties facing trustees are becoming ever more onerous and as a result the objectives of the Network are to:
- Enable trustees to meet and discuss issues that may be concerning them in an informal setting
- Provide information and educational support
- Give trustees a greater and more structured voice in how their interests are represented
