Introduction

THE IAPF  GOVERNANCE CONFERENCE

With increased regulatory focus on trustees, good governance has become ever more important.   Trustees need to have robust procedures in place relating to how they organise themselves, deal with investment and funding issues and administer benefits. Recent regulatory consultations from the Pensions Authority have also focused on governance. A number of recent court cases have also shone the spotlight on trustees and employers.

This event will look at these issues in depth and provide trustees and employers with an overview of their responsibilities and examples of best practice.
