Age-Discrimination and Pensions: What employers and trustees need to know

With proposed changes to the Employment Equality Act making their way through the Oireachtas, Ian Devlin and Anna Broderick examine what these developments may mean for employers and trustees alike. The seminar will also look at current trends in how employers and schemes are managing the retirement age issue almost two years on from the abolition of access to State pension at age 65.

CPD: This seminar has been allocated 1 hour by the IAPF for on-going trustee training requirements. It has also been accredited 1.15 CPD hours by the IIPM, the LIA (Ref: LIA-O-8902) and the IOB (Ref: 2015 2026).  If you have a query relating to CPD hours please contact the relevant awarding body.
