In times of uncertainty the need for clear communication assumes even greater importance. This event will look at some of the challenges we face in communicating pensions. Paul Kenny, the Pensions Ombudsman, will look at the reasons why we have to improve our communication and Tony Lane of Shilling Communication will look at different ways of doing that.
The discussion will be limited to trustees only in order to allow them the freedom to openly share their own experience and concerns.
