Introduction

DC MEMBER ENGAGEMENT

TURNING RESEARCH INTO ACTION

What can research tell us about DC members? This seminar will look at research from State Street Global Advisors and Irish Life Corporate Business that looks at confidence of DC members, their expectations, their actual experience and how they can be categorised. It will then consider how this research can be used to design solutions, communications and strategies to ensure greater engagement and outcomes for members

CPD: This seminar has been allocated 1 hour by the IAPF for on-going trustee training requirements. We have applied for 1 CPD hour to the LIA and IOB under category 2. Pensions. (LIA Ref: LIA-O-13532), (IOB Ref: 2017-0145).  We have also applied for 1 CPD hour from the IIPM and FPSB.
