What can research tell us about DC members? This seminar will
look at research from State Street Global Advisors and Irish Life
Corporate Business that looks at confidence of DC members, their expectations,
their actual experience and how they can be categorised. It will then consider
how this research can be used to design solutions, communications and
strategies to ensure greater engagement and outcomes for members
