Consultation Paper on the Code of Practice for Trustees of Occupational Pension Schemes and Trust RACs - Pensions Authority
We have submitted the IAPF response to the Pensions Authority’s consultation on their Draft Code of Practice. Our response raises concerns about the lack of proportionality and the possibility that all the additional requirements may cause the wind up schemes. You can read the response here and we look forward to further engaging with the Authority on the issue. Thanks to all our members who provided input to the response.
Pensions Awareness Week event 20-24 September

The CFA Society Ireland has invited Jerry Moriarty to a panel discussion on the pension landscape in Ireland – where we are today and what the future may hold. This interactive discussion will look at a broad range of issues including how current and future regulations may affect DB and DC schemes, auto-enrolment, state pension age, master trusts, ESG, timing for hedging pension fund risks, and the investment landscape for pension funds.
