“THE IMPACT OF THE OMEGA PHARMA JUDGEMENT”
This breakfast meeting will consider the High Court judgement in the case taken by the trustees of the Omega Pharma Pension Scheme against the Scheme's employer, in relation to contributions the trustees argued were payable to the Scheme by the employer.
It will look at the judgement and what it means for schemes generally and trustees. It will also look at what issues arose during the case that were important in the final decision.
