Ian is a Senior Manager in PwC’s Pensions Group, where he provides employers with support in relation to financial wellness and DC pension arrangements. His primary focus is ensuring that pension arrangements reflect wider business and workforce management objectives, and deliver value for money. Ian's specialisms are the development of governance tools to improve strategic decision making by groups; and the use of behavioural economics to drive better outcomes for individuals.
