With almost three times as many active DC members as DB members in the private sector, the number of people relying primarily or entirely on DC benefits in retirement continues to grow. This throws up many challenges for those members and for employers, trustees and service providers. This conference will look at some of the key issues of engagement, education, data protection and investment with case study examples. This half day conference will bring together over 250 trustees, pension schemes, HR and finance managers, policymakers and investment practitioners to consider and discuss issues facing pension schemes today.
