Member Engagement and Administering Choice

This seminar will look at member engagement and examples of effective communication from Ireland and the UK. It will also examine the issues around the administration of choice in DC schemes.

Steve Sykes, Client Director at Shilling, will share how a strategic and creative approach to communication can drive DC member engagement. The presentation will include practical tips and ideas as well as case studies from Ireland and the UK. Vincent Boyle, Chief Executive at Allied Pension Trustees will cover administration issues surrounding the number of investment choices / lifestyle glide paths and other choices in DC Schemes.
