With proposed changes to the Employment Equality Act making their way through the Oireachtas, Ian Devlin and Anna Broderick examine what these developments may mean for employers and trustees alike. The seminar will also look at current trends in how employers and schemes are managing the retirement age issue almost two years on from the abolition of access to State pension at age 65.
