Introduction

The Funding Standard – Practical case studies & implications of the Waterford case

As we move closer to the 30th June deadline, Elma Fox will outline some practical examples of what some schemes have done to try and meet the standard. This will be followed by a presentation by Peter Fahy who will review the legal implications of the Waterford Crystal judgement and what it may mean for Trustees, Employers and the State.
